Subject: Facility for permitting imports under DEPB Scheme at various Ports/Airports/ICDs through TRA Procedure - reg.
Representations from Trade Associations and references from the field offices have been received n the Board to extent various facilities under DEPB Scheme to additional Customs Stations.
2. The same have been examined and it has been decided to amend Board's Circular No.91/98-Cus. dated 17.12.98 on the above subject to insert a new Para 5 (iv) as under:
5 (IV) ICD Varanasi and Air Cargo Complex Varanasi.
3. All the other provisions and conditions of the said Circular No. 91/98-Cus. remain unchanged.
